      Pros

      friendly coworkers and drinks on Friday.

      Cons

      Micro Managing, leadership makes promises they can't keep and very retroactive about situations, leadership will blame employees to save themselves. There is "Mob Mentality" that goes on here and goals become unrealistic.

      Pros

      There are incredibly smart and dedicated individuals going the extra mile for the company in his/her various departments. Aka not all the leadership is stupid or inept.

      Cons

      The biggest weakness (currently) of this company is the Client Partnership (CP) department. They have a lack of risk assessment to determine client risk(s) and they believe they are performing project management duties, which is entirely inaccurate. Their jobs are to upkeep the client relationship; not allow work to be performed without signed contracts or to over service clients... I was truly amazed in my 2 years here that some specific “CPs” were hired and deemed competent to work here. Additionally, the SMEs spend most of their day executing on the daily account level. This is disastrous because managers (and above) can’t develop junior members.
