      Pros

      I still have one of the pens gifted from employee appreciation month.

      Cons

      Lack of competency in leadership CEO changes frequently Leadership does not take care of their employees Lack of vision Corporate/stuffy culture Benefits/compensation are not competitive No cost of living increases Lack of collaboration between teams Zero transparency with Executive Team Little opportunity for growth Poorly defined job roles No training or educational opportunities Loosing business Horrible retention I could go on but, would be a poor use of my time.

      Fun People, Easy to get hired without experience

      12-14 hours days, always talked down to, stressed about nonimportant details

      Flexible, constant change

      Pros

      The Job is very flexible if you need time off last minute. They allow you to work from home. The job does require you to answer phones like a call center while you complete other assigned task.

      Cons

      The company doe lose accounts that cause you to move to a different account, then learning a new set of rules.
