Biggest pro is the people - they are smart, hardworking, and fun. Hybrid remote is great, benefits & perks are good, and the client roster is impressive.

Cons

Lots of change - hopefully it's in the right direction.

Ansira strives to exceed client expectations, provide ample training resources, and create equal opportunities for employees. -401k -Maternity/Paternity leave - Flexible PTO (My experience has been great since my arrival 1 year ago, I have gotten off every day I have asked for. Encouraged by managers to do so too) - Full-package insurance options (health, dental, pet) - Annual conference which puts employees in charge of leading change in the company - Access to internal and LinkedIn Trainings If you are looking to growing your marketing and communication skills with top-tier clients. This is a great company to get the foot in the door with.

Cons

While Ansira is focused on providing great benefits and tools for becoming successful in Marketing, it can be more difficult for non-entry level or manager level marketers. - Not top pay (If you live in a non-competitive area then this might be higher pay than any local marketing agencies) - More responsibility means more hours. If you are looking to become a manager here expect to juggle many tasks and employees - Managers will see Ansira shift company roles and expectations often. - Ansira does not hold a general expectation for understanding current software programs
