I started during COVID from home, and despite not being face to face, my onboarding process was comprehensive and I have gained invaluable industry knowledge while I've been here. I'm learning something new about the business every day. From what I've seen all the team members at Ansira are genuinely good people who foster a positive and fun culture. It's the type of place you can pop in to any department to ask someone a question and even if they don't know you they are always so nice and helpful. I have even had the opportunity to meet some of the executives including the president Andy which was so exciting! I was nervous but they were welcoming, kind, and asked lots of questions about my personal life and career goals which was such a cool experience! There is a lot of room for growth and hard work is rewarded. I have many people I look up to and hope to follow their example I'm lucky enough to get to say that I'm working at a great company and doing a job I love.
