Pros

Weekly happy hours and co-workers excluding management.

Cons

Everything! Management is a joke! They treat their employees like scum. Management will overwork you, and the better you are the more they take advantage. I'm not sure how they are legally allowed to do what they do, such as make you work for FREE! Ansira is the absolute worst place to work. TPM is a joke and all the managers should be retrained or fired!

Pros

Beer cart on Friday. Popcorn on payday (when someone volunteers to make it). Flex Fridays (once a month) where you have the ability to work a half day on a Friday if you work four extra hours (between Monday and Thursday). And most managers are willing to work with you if you need to leave a little early on certain days (when you're not flexing). There's a team of employees that definitely tries to boost morale in some and maintain a high morale in others by having events on holidays or other random occasions.

Cons

There's no set salary range for positions so everyone assumes they are underpaid, which they are as compared to other companies. There's no set job description so you might have more responsibilities than someone with a higher title - all while being passed over for a promotion. So basically, promotions and raises are hard to come by if you're an Account Rep I, II, or Sr. Account Rep. When there are promotions in-house, they'e always kept a secret. We used to receive internal emails to keep us updated but now we have to wait until Town Hall Meetings.

Pros

Work from home is the only pro. Place used to be great. I don't need the job, so I stay to watch the disaster whiling doing my best keep my employees lives from being miserable.

Cons

Layoffs Outsourcing 80% to India C-Suite only sees Margins 50 hour work week is normal Pay is laughable Everyone is just a cog All teams are completely understaffed and overworked. 90% of new employees are out of the country and are less than fluent in English. Unfortunately, no fault of their own, they are set up for absolute failure. If you haven't been laid off congratulations, your name has probably at least come up. Although, not many people would honestly mind. The people currently sticking out have been at the company for 10-20 years. Everyone else is praying to get laid off before they quit. I have never been a part of something as dysfunctional as this organization is currently. By God if you are a client and you haven't seen the quality of work crater down then your head is in the sand or you're probably paying for something you could do yourself.
