      Very relaxed company atmosphere. Teammates are always there to help you out. Management cares about their employees and making sure everyone succeeds.

      Cons

      My pay is a little low, but the work atmosphere makes up for it

      Pros

      The people are great - helpful, collaborative, friendly. Also being in a company of tech, advertising & auto the market is constantly changing and we keep changing with it making everyone grow & challenge their skills. Also the life work balance the company has really supported for it's employees.

      Cons

      There tends to be a lot of fire drills that shift priority focus resulting in a lot of tactical work catch up. This takes away from the talent that could be more strategic and innovative.
