Pros

You get paid time and a half for overtime.

Cons

Insane amounts of overtime required. Base pay is way too low and good employees are expected to make up for the underperforming employees with not recognition or thanks.

Thank you for your feedback on overtime. You are correct, we have absolutely seen an increase in OT this summer with high volumes. To counter this, we have opened several requisitions in TPM recently to fill open spots and hired 2 temporary workers to provide help immediately. Our hope is that this will reduce OT to a more manageable number. If you don’t see an impact soon, feel free to reach out to Adam Vandermyde to discuss.

Pros

Ansira is an industry leading company that not a lot of people have heard of. Under the current leadership team the direction, and culture of the organization is moving in the right direction. This is a great company to work for, they truly desire and welcome new ideas for improvement, and want employees to build their career with the organization. There can be some growing pains with any company that is in transition. I would encourage the company to continue to keep the lines of communication open with all employees, and make sure the managers are cascading the plans to their employees. I would recommend Ansira to friends, and associates in my network.

Cons

Growth and change isn't for everyone.

Thank you so much for the great feedback! Our Leadership team is constantly working towards more consistent and transparent communication to the organization. The cascading goals is a step towards aligning the teams from bottom to top and creating the 1Ansira mindset. The Kaizen workshop that Creative embarked on a few weeks ago is an example of alignment between departments and locations. I am participating in a Kaizen workshop in a couple of weeks that pulls together people from multiple offices and 4 different departments to improve our pre-hire onboarding. I am very excited to be a participant in this workshop!

I definitely understand what you saying and appreciate the feedback. It is my team’s job to help identify and hire the resources. Resource availability is a daily challenge right now and we have a lot of smart people working on solving it. Resource management and allocation, as well as revisiting/revamping our tools, platforms, and processes to better address, allocate, and manage resources across the company is a top active priority and you will feel tangible progress in the coming months. We’re also working on making decision-making and prioritization, as well as initiatives to address a lot of our team’s current concerns, more transparent and apparent to all. Daina is committed to making senior management both visible and available, as well as for not just success but employee satisfaction. We shared a lot of information in yesterday’s “All Hands” meeting. Hopefully, these regular meetings are another way we are working to make Ansira’s leadership team more transparent and available. Thanks again and please keep the feedback coming!
