      Pros

      Younger culture which brings hopes of a work hard, play hard mentality. Potential week off work during the holidays.

      Cons

      Monotonous job with very little room for advancement unless you know the right people. Management will look at you like dispensable peons. They offer happy hours on Friday, but depending on the team you fall into will reflect how many times you are able to attend said events. Very little room for help from managers. It’s a “throw you into the fire” company. You don’t need a college degree to get hired, and you don’t even have to take a drug test. They will take whoever they can get to fill the turnover rate. Horrible place to work.

      - Three Week PTO with 1 extra potential week off during the holidays - Youthful employee base - Many large company activities/ events with weekly happy hours in the office. - Senior Management open door policy to talk over coffee or lunch.

      Cons

      - Lack of Diversity within the office space. - One of the largest agencies in Saint Louis yet no one seems to know who or what Ansira does. - Pay is below the standard for work/ hours completed. - Favoritism is clearly shown towards some employees from upper management. - Ansira acts like a firm - not one agency. Each office location has different rules, structure, and career potential for employees. Saint Louis office is known for the burn and turn of college grads.

      Good, smart people Flexible hours Interesting projects There is so much available to learn with enough interest

      Cons

      Growing fast and a lot of really big projects means it can sometimes be difficult to get traction. Company needs to put added focus on internal workflows and org structures.
