6yWe appreciate your feedback, and we shared it with Adam Vandermyde, EVP TCMA Services, who responds: We were excited to raise starting salaries by >10% last year, and subsequent salaries for higher levels as well. Additionally, OT is reduced by 41% this year, and turnover has been cut in half. While those numbers show good progress for the group, there are certainly still some individual teams that are working longer hours that we are continuing to provide support and make changes to reduce their OT as well. While some people on those teams do desire the extra pay in OT, as a whole we will continue to drive efficiencies and make your job easier and reduce the OT demand.
