      Pros

      Employee Appreciation Activities - Payday popcorn, Food trucks, Office Happy Hour, Birthday appreciation, Employee appreciation, Holiday parties Cool building - pleasant working environment Steady paycheck. Small holiday bonus.

      Cons

      Owned by an investment organization. Very little money is spent on investing in the business and people. The technology isn't up-to-date, no professional development for the employees, and not enough people to support work activities. Management (all levels) does not recognize the contributions and sacrifices that the staff routinely makes for the organization. Management style - decidedly "50s" style - micromanagement, bossing employees, lack of collaboration, treating employees as liabilities and not assets. I am surprised by the lack of basic business communication skills from some of the managers and leaders. The annual performance review process is a joke. The raises are appallingly low.

      Pros

      Friday happy hours, friendly building, newly installed market, decent coworkers, occasional "appreciation" events (pizza).

      Cons

      It is very hard to advance but people are quitting left and right. Upper management does not seem to care if they provide adequate staffing, because they are making money off of not having the contracted amount of people for each team. The business as a whole is more interested in making money and creating new business than the happiness of the staff. Most people are unhappy, just waiting for a better job to come along. The pay is on the low end and the day-to-day tasks are underwhelming. Your previous work experience, skills and education will do nothing for you, as you will become another cog.

      Pros

      Very friendly co-workers. Fun employee outings. Valuable experience.

      Cons

      It has gotten increasingly hard to advance. Senior management isn't communicating well enough with positions below them. Some managers take pleasure in being rude or lazy and it's often overlooked because of tenure. Goes too far at putting clients before employees. Overly focused on revenue.
