      Some of the worst politics and underhandedness I've experienced. It's not how passionate or how hard you work (and boy did I), it's who you are in cahoots with. Luckily I got out before my career died.

      Pros

      I work with interesting people, solve new problems all the time, and there are opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      No major downsides, like any company there is some amount of bureaucracy and politics, but it seems less detrimental than what I hear about from other companies.
