Pros

Smart employees, especially among the subject matter experts and strategy people who actually do the work.

Cons

It’s a hyper-political and less than honest environment where personality and relationships trump expertise and performance. Issues are misrepresented out of ignorance and arrogance for personal gain. Beware the smoke and mirrors.

Pros

You're going to love the atmosphere! Come in get your work done and you'll have no issues. Everyone is more than willing to help you out. Fun, creative place to learn and grow. Not your typical stuffy corporate setting. Pretty fast paced so be prepared for things to change really quickly.

Cons

Can't really think of any cons. There will be challenges and a learning curve but that's every company.
