Poor middle management at Account Director and AVP level. Even worse above that.

Great people, unique environment and approachable management team

Pros

High paced environment requiring quick and creative thinking to succeed. If you have these qualities, you can thrive and be noticed. Free beverages every Friday in the oval office and a chance to mingle with your co-workers and wind down before the weekend. Employee appreciation month. Regular blood drives and other philanthropic activities. If you're a dog person, you'll see a lot of them around the St Louis location as it sits a mere block away from the Stray Rescue HQ.

Cons

Tools needed to get your job done are out-dated and can make the job more difficult and confusing at times.
