      Cons

      WFH policies feel inconsistent and vary by leadership, team, or city instead of following company-wide standards. HR involvement seems limited beyond recruitment, with less focus on employee experience and employee concerns. Career growth and promotions lack transparency and do not always appear merit-based. Office politics and favoritism negatively impact morale, trust, and overall work culture.
