      Pros

      Ansira is a really great place to work. They take great pride in their work and they work hard for our clients. Ansira is not a traditional agency, you don't have the big egos you would typically see in an agency. Their is also good balance of the life/work balance. They are truly committed to living the "work hard, play hard" mentality they possess. The company is innovative and is the leadership teams are great at getting you all the tools and resources you need to be successful.

      Cons

      There is not really much. There are always things that even the best companies can change. I think Ansira is very adaptable and really listens to their employees when it comes to change. If there are con's they don't stay that way for long.

      Pros

      This company is wonderful! Innovative, supportive, understanding. I feel like I work hard and it's noticed and appreciated and I can also focus on my family when needed. This company takes good care of their employees and I feel blessed to have found a place that I belong and love what I do.

      Cons

      Honestly, my biggest downside is the commute from Denton to Addison and back. Everyone is so personable and fun to be around that it makes the long drive worth it!
