Terrible place to work

Pros

None: Avoid this place at all cost.

Cons

Avoid this place at all cost. The divide between St. Louis and Dallas kills the culture and everyone is jumping ship as soon as they can.

Pros

- Impressive Client Portfolio - Neat Office Space at St. Louis HQ - Ability to learn professional skills for recent college graduates (leave ASAP after getting a year or two of experience) - Long winter holiday break

Cons

- Work-Life Balance *COMPLETELY* ignored for Trade Promotions teams. Many are regularly working 50 - 60 extremely stressful hours per week with growing buckets of paperwork and incoming calls from angry clients. - Bad Pay. Ansira adds layers of titles to assign more responsibility to employees with virtually no pay increase. Even with multiple "promotions," pay will be far below industry average. - Poor integration between IT and Business (due to workload constraints on both sides)

Pros

The benefits & salary are comparable. HR is good at organizing lots of company sponsored employee appreciation activities. The environment is pleasant and relaxed.

Cons

Account Management is clueless, Dallas CFO is scared of losing her job & over complicates simple processes to make the Dallas team seem indispensable in the eyes of St. Louis. Accounting mgmt, is the blind leading the blind. Nepotism is prevalent in the Accounting dept. About 2 employees do all the work the others get perks & promotions. Turnover is extremely high. Fall in line and kiss the right butt or keep your resume updated. The Dallas office is hemorrhaging money, but Accounting mgmt only points the finger instead of giving teams the tools they need to make more profitable decisions. Dallas Acctg Mgmt has the belief that St.Louis doesn't know what they are doing. Eventually, corporate will catch on a realize that Accounting should be centralized and Dallas Accounting is unnecessary. The company is growing and has money to burn, ao ride it until the wheels fall off.
