      Good work life balance. Flexible timings. Work pressure is low and managable if we communicate to team. Some process follow Agile process keenly. Syncro Ansira in Hyderabad is okay. Employees benefits are moderate.

      Cons

      Out dated technologies mostly in many projects. Hikes are low and depends on manager. Medical benefits are lower. Leave policies are revised and reduced to low number. Other employees benefits are changing low to syncro Ansira company when compare to Parent company Ansira.
