      burnout central (This was actually back in 2017 but Glassdoor doesn't have have that option)

      Pros

      Co workers were nice and the company had happy hours on Fridays

      Cons

      -work life balance was terrible -very low starting salary -had a strange overtime policy where the would guess which week was going to be the busiest each month and approve overtime that way. If it turned out not to be a busy week and the busy week happened on another date, they wouldn't adjust the overtime and you had to get everything done during the regular work hours
