      In retrospect, not the best.

      Pros

      Very friendly co-workers. Fun employee outings. Valuable experience.

      Cons

      It has gotten increasingly hard to advance. Senior management isn't communicating well enough with positions below them. Some managers take pleasure in being rude or lazy and it's often overlooked because of tenure. Goes too far at putting clients before employees. Overly focused on revenue.

      Pros

      I mean its a fulltime job with benefits in a recession. They have AC too

      Cons

      lousy Pay, lots of Overtime, treated like just another replaceable cog, management doesn't care about you, or frankly do much. They really just suck the life out of you. There is a reason they have a very high turnover.

      Pros

      The management is strong and experienced, for the most part. Great co-workers, everyone works hard and pulls their own weight. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      There has been a decently high turnover rate and it seems that it's because there aren't enough people covering the amount of work, resulting in burn out. Work hours aren't flexible.
