      Pros

      The experience was great but hard to enjoy your job when you are expected to meet unrealistic deadlines with understaffed accounts.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive and management is not professional.

      Pros

      Good Entry Level Position, Many paid vacation days, "Fun Fridays" where once a month you can take a half-day that does not count toward your vacation.

      Cons

      Heavy workload, High turn-over, My particular client always seemed to be in crisis mode and Ansira is not positioned well enough with it's clients to persuade them to act otherwise. Management will say "Yes" to the client for literally anything as long as it contributes to their own wealth. The only way to move up is to stick around long enough
