Remote work, good salary, good health benefits if you're willing to pay

Cons

Company has turned over 2 CEOs in the past 2 years. Future of the company is unknown as they are trying to automate certain departments which would lead to the downsizing of departments and teams if we relied on AI for everything. Updated their Unlimited PTO to flex PTO, some other new policies that are taking away from what this great company offered 8 years ago when I first started.

Pros

Remote work, unlimited PTO, a lot of autonomy as long as your manager isn't a micro-manager.

Cons

For good or bad, things are constantly changing at Ansira. Top leadership has changed about 6 times in the past 7 years. Each time, significant changes are made. I'm cautiously optimistic that things are going in the right direction now, but it would be nice to see more stability at those higher levels.
