      Great people, poor communication

      Pros

      The company has a relaxed work from home policy, great vacation/sick policies, and some of the smartest people in their fields.

      Cons

      The company prides itself on being "transparent" but regularly miscommunicates - most communication is received pre-maturely (not enough details) or too late. Very little room for growth within your department or company in general.

We’re happy to see you enjoy the flexibility of our work-from-home policy and our personal time off program, which allows people to take vacation days whenever they need them. We’re also extremely proud of our smart, dedicated team members, who enable us to provide innovative solutions and exceptional service to our customers. However, we’re disappointed to read your feedback on communication. We do pride ourselves on being transparent with our team members, and sometimes that involves sharing news at an early stage of development. It’s a priority for us to communicate openly with team members whenever we have information that’s important to them, even if the situation is still evolving. We have heard from employees that they are looking for opportunities to grow their careers at Sincro. In response, we have created initiatives to focus on professional development. Our new learning management system offers a wide variety of courses for team members to increase their skills and knowledge. We also have programs in the works to build closer connections among employees so they can explore different positions at the company.

      Tone deaf management that can't focus on the right goals to grow, no opportunity for employee growth

      There are not any pros there.

      Cons

      Losing clients left and right, doesn't pay vendor bills, high turnover rate from employees with NO BACKFILL to do the work, management is tone deaf to how employees below are feeling, not transparent about internal company status/not transparent to clients, low pay/no cost of living raises

      It’s disappointing to hear that you did not enjoy your experience at Ansira, so I want to address some of your concerns. We are currently undergoing a transformation to put in place additional processes that will provide our team more efficiencies, and with these changes comes a period of time when workloads may be heavier, but we are committed to improving that in the long run. Since I joined the team in February we have made a point to be more transparent and communicate with the team regularly, be it through my Friday highlight emails or our all hands meetings, to keep the team informed of company news, and we will continue to keep the lines of communication open.       Pros

      The people. There are a lot of great people who do their job well and want to see the company succeed. Generous PTO package.

      Cons

      Some managers are not fit to lead people. I have had some of the best managers you could ever ask for, but I have also had some of the worst. Too much talk and no action. There are WAY too many people who are just trying to save their own jobs right now at the expense of others. Limited advancement opportunities depending on department and who your manager is. Inadequate compensation packages and merit "increases".
