Pros

Flexibility to work from home and unlimited PTO

Cons

Using PTO meant you were behind on work when you got back. Low pay. No clear way to move up

Pros

Work life balance was amazing. Coworkers were lovely (had to collaborate often with different departments). Being able to work remotely was awesome. Everyone was very prompt to respond. We would receive quarterly bonuses if metrics/goals were met. This was a great place to get some job experience and then move onto the next job.

Cons

There have been several layoffs since Ansira acquired Sincro (previously CDK) and the quality of the work has significantly lowered while the price to the customers has increased. US workers are being replaced by their office in India. There was a massive layoff but many job postings for those roles in Pune. Many clients have been switching to the competition. With the reduced staff, many responsibilities have been pushed onto the remaining employees. Employees have been asked to take on responsibilities outside their job description, and management has started combining roles. There is a big disconnect between upper management and the employees. There is so much overlap between the different departments but there is very little process documentation, and what they do have is often out dated or not followed. There is no career progression.
