      Pros

      Work life balance with remote work (going to office once a month for team bonding). Benefits including health, vision, dental insurance, unlimited PTO, maternity (3 months 100% paid) and parental (60% paid) leave, and 3% match of 401K. 5% annual raise. Laidback & friendly managers. Overall easy tasks.

      Cons

      Low salary. Starting from 35k/year. Hard to get promoted (no potential for growth within the company). Same tasks over and over everyday.

      Solid company for those looking to get their start in the marketing industry

      - Great entry-level roles for those looking to gain experience in the marketing industry - Flexible PTO and managers truly do their best to work with you to accommodate your PTO requests - Impressive client roster - Great growth opportunities for those that seek them out - Fantastic benefits package - Business is rebounding and growing after some difficulties during COVID - Empathetic management this is always striving to make Ansira a better place to work - Great learning and training opportunities to upskill

      Cons

      - Aging internal systems can at times impede productivity and be frustrating - Recent acquisitions impacted revenue which the whole company felt but we seem to be on the other side of it now
