Pros

Being a mid-size, full service marketing agency with some pretty great client logos, there are lots of opportunities to learn new disciplines and expand your knowledge base across different industries. I've been with Ansira 10 years and senior management/leadership has always been supportive of my ambitions and career goals and have afforded me lots of opportunities to pave my own way as long as I had data and strong business cases to back up my ideas. If you are a highly motivated individual and eager to impact positive change, there are lots of opportunities at Ansira. There is a lot of great talent to learn from as well. And generally speaking, work-life balance is good (especially for an agency!) and flexible due to the 'remote first' model. Good benefits, including flexible PTO policy, full pay parental leave, and 401K match.

Cons

Due to many acquisitions, there have been some growing pains in terms of operational procedures and enterprise tools. However, we are working hard to continuously improve and standardize ways of working. And our culture has had to be reinvented a bit with the move to the 'remote first' model, as a lot of the appeal of our pre-covid culture revolved around in person events, quirky workspaces, and daily face time.
