      Proceed, but with Caution

      Pros

      Remote first company, there's some work/life balance, depending on the team you are on.

      Cons

      During my time working here, it was hard to feel like we were all apart of the same team. People were rude to one another, and often blamed other teams versus working together. Very high turnover, without transfer of knowledge, so things were always left to figure out. Very large work loads, little to no merit increase, we did not receive a paycheck and HR blamed it on our paycheck processor company. We were losing clients weekly, and struggling to keep the ones who haven't left. There aren't any advancements, and the teams are heavily micromanaged. Do not get settled in if you are seeking employment with Ansira.
