You get to travel on their dime.

Cons

Never get promoted. Barely anybody gets get yearly raises. Super two faced, lying, manipulative people get promoted only. Nobody will have your back. You are a number only. Nobody is interested in helping you advance in your career unless you are sleeping with them and/or have zero people or management skills. It’s a very toxic work environment that most people, even to this day are trying to leave. It’s so sad because it started out wonderfully with Cobalt, to devolve to this is a tragedy. Leaders are overpaid, pompous, self righteous liars who care less than nothing about their employees.

The company is struggling financially and its impacting all of the teams. The leaders are asking the teams to take on more and more responsibility with no added help.
