Cons

Lacks structure and processes…. The entire org is a kinda a mess from HR to Operations. Extremely high turnover with very little collaboration. Culture is lacking

Amazing perks/benefits (unlimited/flex PTO, full parental leave, remote-first workforce, break over xmas holiday, etc), talented people across diverse teams, leadership who actually understands the work & our industry, and a HUGE client roster of killer brands to work on and across to build your resume.

Cons

They are still integrating teams from the Sincro acquisition into the agency, which has been bumpy for those of us with mixed teams. Us vs them culture persisted but I think we are starting to come out of that now as they integrate brands, technologies, and people.
