      Pros

      According to my bank statements, they pay me. Additionally, I occasionally get to take a day off.

      Cons

      Lots and lots of bureaucratic nonsense. You are nothing more than a body to do a job. They expect loyalty, but give none. You can work your butt off and get nothing, but you enter AM instead of PM on an expense report and you get written up.
