You will be asked to look for another job. Senior employees and supervisors always agree with the testing manager, all the time whether things are right or not. Testing manager from the abroad office prefers one way communication. Most of the communication and activities are not transparent. No wonder why several testers have resigned in a short period.

If you want to gave a good career never join testing here in ANSYS irrespective of the team. Was made to do work which had little to no relevance with mechanical engineering. Joined with 1 year experience, with minimal training was expected to work like an experienced candidate. Was always compared with people who had 5+ years of experience and was expected to perform like them. Was constantly bullied by the manger and team lead. Decided to leave the organization as I preferred sanity over money with all my confidence lost. I have now come a long way and understood how bad my team was only after moving to other organisations.
