      0 Pros exist since the decision to insert the current marketing leadership goes to the top.

      Cons

      No marketers there, just reactive/non strategic posers that have no idea how to run marketing.

      Not the experience I was hoping for with this company

      Pros

      Very good, smart dedicated employees and managers - consistent with the entire team of employees throughout Ansys.

      Cons

      May just be part of working for a large, publicly traded company, but there was more of a "check the box" philosophy vs genuine caring for employees and doing the right thing for the employee. Disappointed with the minimal on-boarding and training provided. Senior leaders say all of the right things an employee wants to hear, but I found the effort to be minimal other than to say "accomplished". "Check off the initiative" vs actually do an initiative well and add value to the employee / experience.

      Very disdainful and personally attacking demeanor

      Offers good learning opportunities here.

      Cons

      Experienced very confidence shattering, condescending responses to doubts (which are allegedly encouraged) but not received politely. Even the smallest mistakes are reprimanded brutally. And often a comparison is put up with coworkers and you'll find yourself debased for not working 14 hours a day.
