      Pros

      Technology that customers need and are willing to pay for makes company stock very valuable. Employees benefit from Stock options and ESPP.

      Cons

      Problems with IT infrastructure that seem like they will never be fixed. Throwing expensive executives at problems. Lack of accountability.
