      Really talented co-workers, and mid level management.

      Cons

      Management is the worst that I've ever encountered. HQ on east coast has no clue as to what goes on in bay area offices.

      The technology is amazing. the customers love the product and the support. You get to work with the most innovative companies in the world

      Cons

      I have nothing negative to share. No foos ball tables or bean bags! Or ping pong tables but the company stock price is through the roof.

      Pros

      Great technology in fast paced environment. Good pay if you have a good year. In a growing industry so the future is really bright. Lots of variety of customers.

      Cons

      Chaotic at times but this is the cost of living at the edge! Still have some of the ad hoc processes of times when they were a smaller company. Some growing pains left.
