      Pros

      Good work life balance, understanding and caring management. Interesting to work on a neat and sophisticated distributed processing SeaScape framework that powers their products like Redhawk-SC

      Cons

      Absence of work frameworks like Agile or Scrum. A good thing from a mental perspective as there are lesser meetings but a loss in terms of experience.

      Continuously growing company. Fair PTO and sick time.

      Cons

      Pricing team is terribly disorganized with no set direction in place. Would not suggest if you have any sort of career aspirations. Leaders are either disconnected or not even close to being qualified for a management position. Steer clear if you don’t want to take a step back in your career.
