      Pros

      Reasonably priced benefits, coworkers very hard working and focused, nice facility and free coffee, good vacation time that starts building from day one.

      Cons

      Corporate training (company overview, policies, ethics, etc) was fine, but individual training from my mentor was downright embarrassing. Not setup for success. Reactionary, not preventive. Management extremely slow to make decisions, causes friction at lower levels.

      The company takes leading role in engineering simulation industry.

      Cons

      The company has gradually lost those good old traditions and became more management judgement than technology innovation. Employees concern more office politics than engineering itself.
