      Great technology and must win culture

      1) Great technology 2) World Class engineers 3) Supportive and top-level sales engineers supporting the sales team. 4)Leader in the simulation space 5) Winning sales culture.

      Cons

      1)Company culture is not a strength. 2)Sales reps last about 2 to 3 years on average 3)Hockey stick sales plan. 4)Product portfolio growing rapidly is a challenge to integrate and sell.
