      Chill culture but not technically challenged

      - Very chill and helpful boss - Project is simple - Great work life balance

      Cons

      - Lot of internal politics to get any work done, you have to discuss with multiple stakeholders who mostly have no vision - Technically I felt not very challenged most of the team liked their comfort zone

      Excellent in most ways, disorganized in others

      Pros

      Engaging company culture, generous health benefits, coworkers seek to help each other, encouragement to grow in areas you're interested in, concrete goal-setting on an individual level, compensation for above-average performance

      Cons

      No metrics for teams as a whole to measure success, as far as I know. Teams don't communicate with each other well, which leads to a lot of confusion, misinformation, misunderstandings, and general misalignment.
