      More Software development than research!

      Work on the code with the team and fix bugs.

      Cons

      - Solutions are not well thought. - Big push for the easiest approach even though it may not be worth it in the long run. - Promotion after 3-4 years. No matter how hard working you are. - Not paying well when compared to the avg. market salaries for software development!

      Good products and nice people

      Cons

      Infrastructure is terrible. Everyone who has the authority to improve it, especially in finance and IT is completely stuck in the past and shuts down anyone with an idea on how to evolve.
