      Poor Managements

      Pros

      Learning opportunities, Good benefits, Great location and office, interesting projects and technologies to work on and good company reputation which gives you visibility

      Cons

      Managements are very aggressive, defensive, lay back and they do not have technical and managerial skills. Toxic work environment because of existing too much workplace politics which affects the performance review of the employees.

      Generally Ok place to work but has the sames issues of all big companies.

      Pros

      Room for growth and progression with management. Extremely good work environment among tech people. Highly educated and reasonable and always willing to help. Best people I worked with so far. Some reasonable leeway to work part-time and from home. Flexible hours as well. Good work culture in the sense that if someone is part-time is not seen as under-performing or any less good because of it. Other example is that the same applies if you work your hours and not more then that.

      Cons

      Dead end on the technical side in terms of career/salary progression. To aggressive on growth so money is all consuming and all that matters. Tech people in this company are extremely knowledgeable and reasonable but management does not listen. Change is constant, fast and deaf. Most of the time there is even no time to evaluate if it has worked or not. The Sales people/department rules everything and everyone. Not easy people to work with low levels of knowledge (of what they sell) and common sense.
