      Pros

      The stock options are great, and our stock continues to grow. Some departments are well-run.

      Cons

      The pay is subpar, the existence of the word "inflation" has never been acknowledged, some departments are run well while others are trainwrecks which no one does anything about. There is no consistency from department to department which hinders not only the poorly performing department but also any department that works with them.

      Some managers can be particular about in and out time even though you perform the best among the team. Some managers are flexible with timings.
