      Pros

      Ansys have been an excellent company to work for during the pandemic. As an individual, your career and wellbeing are valued in equal measure, and beyond the work, there are so many initiatives to get involved in e.g. the Women In Technology group.

      Cons

      It's a large global company which means that workflows can quickly change. It just requires some flexibility and willingness to adapt!

      Learn a lot, and quite fast. Dynamic and fast paced. Life/Work balance is great. Remote work is encouraged. NO MICROMANAGEMENT

      Salaries can be a bit low. Sometimes it can be confusing knowing who does what exactly (in other teams)
