      Good Salary Variety in the industry sectors you can be involved in variety of type of software to sell

      Cons

      unfair recognition of technical staff work compared to sales staff work. Huge discrepancy in the quality of managers.

      PTO time, 1 hour unpaid lunch hour (not really a pro so you end up being there 9 hours)

      Cons

      Stagnant, negative, low morale environment. Company culture is almost non-existent very disconnected no cross-departmental communication, cross-training or cross- learning education. Non existent career growth or advancement, many existing employees have been in the same position for a long time.
