      Pros

      You get out what you put into it. Very relaxed and friendly environment.

      Cons

      In conjunction with the pro of you get out what you put into it. They aren't going to force you to go above and beyond, so if you don't strive to go anywhere it is very easy to stay in the same role.

      Good work-life balance is good Comp-off - a life saver

      Cons

      Need to increase salary band Interest alone cannot sustain a person to work for longer. It should be acknowledged with better compensation and benefits.
