      Amazing people, great atmosphere, free coffee, good community, good management structure (in my experience), good spot for public transit (Thanks BlackBerry!)

      Upper management, while charismatic, sometimes seem like they have more fun than do work

      Pros

      Small teams, greater responsibility. Most teams are have members spread across US, Canada, India so nice learning experience. Nice work culture. If you are looking to settle down in Pune, nice place to work with work-life balance.

      Cons

      Collaborating with team members in other countries through mail and video conferences. Sometimes you have to wait for them to get online due to timeline differences. Growth opportunities are limited as most senior developers have been there for 10-15 years and therefore low vacancy.
