      Pros

      People at ANSYS tend to be friendly, open-minded, and respectful. Employees discuss ideas and ask questions without fear of ridicule. The work at ANSYS is stimulating. Employees are encouraged expand their knowledge of topics they find interesting.

      Cons

      The pay at ANSYS is lower than many tech companies. For better or worse ANSYS has a culture of frugality. A downside to this aspect of the culture is reluctance to provide resources that would improve efficiency.

      Company culture is positive and majority of employees are very nice.

      Low on pay range. Required holidays Siloed departments Very little room for advancement
