      Good life and work balance. Friendly working environment. Lot of new things to learn. Give opportunity to fresh graduates.

      Cons

      A lot of re-structure recently. Pay could be better.

      If you get a poor territory or patch, look out. Always want more more more without the necessary resources to deliver
