      1) Work life balance 2) Good for beginners

      Salary is just par. Work done here doesn't warrant hiring from IIT and IISc.

      1) Work/life balance is good. 2) Colleagues are supporting.

      Cons

      1) "Negative career growth". "Minimal overall personality development". 2) They hire from the best institutes in India (IITs, IISC Bangalore, NITs) but give the low quality work (support work / correcting defects in software) to employees. 3) Low salary and bonus 4) Lack of leadership in upper management. 5) They compare themselves with GE and Honeywell and say good things at interview about work profile. Support and development profile are not up to mark. Developers, most of the time, correct defects in the software. Does not motivate/promote employees for research work, instead demotivate them.

      Good work-life balance is good Comp-off - a life saver

      Cons

      Need to increase salary band Interest alone cannot sustain a person to work for longer. It should be acknowledged with better compensation and benefits.
