      The company fosters a collaborative work environment where cross-functional teams work together, making it easy to share knowledge and learn from colleagues across various disciplines. Also ANSYS offers flexibility in work arrangements, which helps maintain a healthy work-life balance. I think it is the great place to work in the world.

      Cons

      Some projects involve dealing with legacy code, which can be challenging and may slow down the implementation of new features or technologies.

      Can’t say I’ve had another job or company do so well when it comes to building teams comprised of individuals with diverse yet compatible skill sets, backgrounds, etc.
