Pros
ANSYS is the typical midwest based engineering firm. Treat you really well , good benefits but base pay is low. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to be a part of a growing organization which treats you like a person, despite the size.
Cons
Pay is lower than industry standard. Growth was pretty stagnant on the engineering side.
