Great view of a sinking ship

Pros

Free breakfast and you get to keep travel miles. The technology is very interesting but the focus on technology innovation is nearly dead.

Cons

Avoid this company like the plague. The division within the company I work for in Ohio, is a sinking ship with poor management. All knowledgeable senior management has left and those that remain are asleep at the wheel. There isn't much room for advancement.

Pros

Complexity of systems can be challenging and rewarding. Great people to work with, lots of travel. Also lots of vacation and the company is gracious enough to provide lunch which is huge perk.

Cons

High pressure with lack of training can be tough but improving day by day.

Technology is interesting and diverse.

Cons

Hostile work environment. Poor communication. Witnessed a new manager screaming at a junior employee because said manager did not know said developer was on fexi time. This was the last in a series of erratic moves by the management that led to the quitting of the entire Irish development team. There are no developers working in Antares Galway for longer than 4 months.
